we work with Land Stewardship analysing data of thousands hectares

To assess the conservation status of habitats and species is a basic requirement to achieve our goal.

Research, development and innovation help us to collect data and to monitor our results.

From the water quality to early warning systems to deal with a wastewater discharge, monitoring systems allow to collect information for decision making.

We implement new technologies for monitoring indicators and innovative approaches like participatory monitoring.

We work in thousand hectares through Land Stewardship and thanks to the Geographic Information Systems that enable us to manage large datasets of georeferenced information and take complex decisions thanks to the integration of not only biophysical data but also socio-economic.

PROJECTS

We create alliances and promote innovation to ensure conservation and development

Sustainability is a shared responsibility and the conservation of our natural heritage involves finding benefits for all stakeholders living in side by side

We create innovative solutions to monitor water quality in protected wetlands through this transnational action aimed at the maintenance of biodiversity in protected areas, supported by new technologies.

Doctoral research in collaboration with the National Museum of Natural Sciencies to study Anostraca species or «Fairy shrimps» as bio indicators of Iberian saline lakes and ponds.
