Transparency is essential to building trust among all stakeholders and partners. For this reason, we dedicate efforts and resources to give visibility and accessibility to our processes and activities.

Our accounts are annually audited and published in the Annual Report.

Our commitment with nature conservation reflected in our daily management and defined in our Environmental policy.

Established in 1993 with a national scope under Article 34.1 of the Spanish Constitution, the Foundation is a non-profit organization, and its asset has to be used for purposes of general environmental interest.

Fundación Global Nature is registered in the National Foundations Registry with the number 55, under the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. The registration entails the consideration of its activity by the State as of general interest.

The Board is the highest body in the representation, government and administration of the Foundation according to the Law 49/2002, December 23, which regulates the tax status of non profit organizations and the fiscal incentives to philanthropy.
