General information

Enjoying living nature can be a challenge for people with reduced mobility. To facilitate universal access to natural heritage, we develop this program and thanks to many volunteers we organize environmental education and hiking activities with Joëlette, a chair adapted for practicing nature tourism.

We organize routes with Joëlette and courses to train volunteers to use, maintain and drive the chair.

This program started in 2013 with the collaboration of “Montaña para Todos”. Training courses and routes are held periodically in different natural areas. For several years the project "Nature for all in National Parks" has worked in Picos de Europa and Monfragüe National Parks.

This project is funded by the Autonomous Authority for National Parks (OAPN).

So far, more than 200 people have been trained, they have participated in more than 40 routes, and thanks to this numbers more than 80 people have been able to enjoy nature in a different way.
